The initial payment for a course is non-refundable. This amount is defined individually for each course, i.e. GMAT Classic courses require a $300 initial payment, SAT courses require a $150 initial payment, etc. The balance of all other course payments after the initial payment may be refunded before the date of the first class session of any course. 50% of all course payments after the initial payment may be refunded prior to the second class session of any course. The balance of all payments becomes non-refundable on the date of the second class session of any course.

1. Payments for tutoring packages are non-refundable after the first session is completed.
2. Payments for hourly tutoring sessions are non-refundable.

All payments for Online Student Center access are nonrefundable, except in the case of a final recurring payment, which may be refunded upon request within five business days of the occurrence of the charge.

All payments for materials such as books, flash cards, etc. are nonrefundable upon delivery.

Prior to the third session of the course, if a student cannot complete a course schedule for any reason and wishes to switch into another course schedule, that student will be charged a $150 fee to make this change.

Any student who completes a Bell Curves course may retake that course again at any time, as often as he or she likes, for half the current full course price.
