Sarah is a playwright, poet, and community arts organizer. She has a passion for education and for working with teenagers, whether in the classroom or in a rehearsal room. She is an avid self-educator,a music lover, a word fanatic, and a voracious reader. Sarah has a long and colorful work history; she has worked with organizations like Poetic Theater Company, The Possibility Project, Housing Works Bookstore Cafe, LaMaMa Experimental Theater Club, The Stop Shopping Choir, Bail Out Theater, Sanguine Theater Company, The Associated Press, and The Guthrie Theater. She has also traveled extensively in New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Currently, she lives in Brooklyn. She teaches SAT Verbal and Regents English & Global History, among other subjects.
