F.A.Q.
Q: Why has my account been de-activated or expired?
A: We periodically retire users that have not had any recent activity. Additionally, users that have subscription-based accounts are set to expire after the end of the cycle. In order to re-activate your account, follow the Re-Activate link that appears once you try to login with your expired credentials. You will be given the chance to update your information and re-activate your account as a Demo (or Limited Access) account.
Q: "Remember me" is not doing what it should be
A: We recently upgraded our site and some users may experience glitches. If you had your password saved under the old website, you may need to delete your cookies in order to make the "remember me" function properly. Here is some more information about clearing cookies.
Q: I took a class and now I can't log in, what happened?
A: Students in all classes have access to the Bell Curves GMAT Center for 6 weeks after the class is completed, after that their accounts are "retired." If you would like to continue to access your account you can reinstate the account for a low monthly fee. Please contact our billing department to reinstate your account.
